Workshop Description:

Custom workshops for your classroom or drama group: Ranging from 6^th through 12^th grade. 

Basic:  Build the students' social skills and self confidence through a series of fun and exciting improvisation games.  Students will also be exposed to the basics of improvisation and theatre:  Stage Presence, Storytelling, the Art of Playing and MORE! (Great for younger students or students that haven’t been exposed to much theatre or improvisation!)

Intermediate: In addition to the basics, students will, through a series of games and exercises, learn more deeply about the principles of Improvisation: Agreement among the actors, the importance of physicality and character work.  (My most popular workshop!)

Advanced:  Students learn a much more in depth lesson about the principles of improvisation.  Scenework, energy, agreement, character and physicality are all worked on at a much deeper level.  (Especially good if you have an advanced drama group or improv troupe at the school!)

Travis customizes each workshop to fit your needs.  The above categories are really a guideline, but no two workshops are identical as he adapts them based on his ‘on the spot’ evaluations of the group.
